Pricing and Making Reservations for Your Event

While it would be nice to give a quick "this is what it's going to cost" pricing scheme, facepainting just doesn't always work out that easy! In order to give you the best pricing possible, NQWP asks that you provide the following information before a quote is given!

  1. The date of the event?
  2. Hour many hours you need entertainment?
  3. Approximately how many guests you are expecting?
  4. Where the event will be located?
  5. Do you need me to provide a tent?

Once that information is all factored in, you can be sure that you're going to get the best pricing possible for your event!

As a rule of thumb, I can usually paint 10-12 full faces in a hour depending on what designs are chosen - and how fast decisions for those designs are made! I will bring a book of custom NQWP designs to help in the decision making for your little ones!

I do offer a discounted rate for churches, schools, libraries, and non-profit organizations. Please call or email for a quote.

After we have corresponded and agreed on a date & time, I will hold your date & time for five (5) days. Please download my Service Agreement, complete all applicable information and “snail” mail it back to me with a check enclosed with your $30.00 retainer fee. Once you have mailed me the completed agreement, please call me or send me an email informing me that it has been sent. Your event is not "on the books" until your signed Service Agreement and Retainer Fee check have been received.

The reason I require a Retainer Fee of $30 (non-refundable) is because once you have chosen to hire me to provide services for your event, I will be turning away other potential business for your date & time. By paying this fee you are securing your time on my calendar, and making a commitment to me. You will pay the balance due (less the $30 retainer) at the end of your event.

Other helpful info

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Should you for any reason postpone or reschedule, there will be a fee of $25 for each date postponed or rescheduled. I will transfer your Retainer Fee only in the instance I have not turned away other opportunities to paint at, from your original scheduled date & time.
  • In the instance that you would like to reschedule services, I will do my best to accommodate a mutually agreeable date based on my availability and schedule.
  • In the instance that you have to cancel my services, please remember that my retainer fee ($30) is non-refundable.

Overtime

Please note that I may not be able to stay past the time contracted as I may have another event booked after yours. There will be an additional $25 for each 1/2 hour past contracted time.

Returned Checks

There will be a $35 fee for returned checks, plus the amount of the check.

Parking

The client will reimburse me for any parking fees, or provide parking validation.
